Gibraltar is only a small enclave but it has a long history : refuge for the Neanderthal, witness to a cataclysmic flood, source of mythological legends, it is still posing problems with Brexit!

- On certain cruise itineraries, it is difficult to find a slot for conventional lectures of 45/50 minutes, so I have produced a small number of cultural briefings lasting a maximum of 30 minutes, focussing on a particular aspect of the next destination. This requires a lot of work to produce something concise but still meaningful and it has been quite well-received.
