Borobudur, the mountain of accumulation of virtue

This temple, the largest Buddhist monument in the world is unique in Southeast Asia. Legends surround its architect and construction. Certainly, one can only wonder at how such a complex monument was achieved on this scale to transmit a religious message. Indonesians are proud of it as it is a reminder of an important part of their history.
